LWWC is building and empowering lives through our Bearing Our Share ministry! Supporting and building our community by giving our time, our talents, and our treasures, partnering with others. As believers in the body of Christ we are commanded to bear the burdens of one another. So we lead, love, serve, give, pray in our community. We have supported Religious Community Services by providing dinner and sharing a message of love to residents of the shelter, donating toiletry items to active duty military through the "Home of the Brave" initiative through Navy Federal Credit Union, walking to end hunger at the annual Crop Walk in New Bern, donating children books for Jones County Schools kindergarteners through United Way of Carolina Carolina and provided healthy snacks to the annual dental clinic at Garber United Methodist Church.
